From a Dream to Puducherry's Favourite Guest House
AVS Guest House was founded in 2010 by A.V. Suresh, a hospitality veteran with a deep-rooted belief that comfortable accommodation should never be a luxury reserved for the few. What began as a modest 10-room property in Pattanur has grown into a well-loved guest house with 25 thoughtfully appointed rooms.
Over the years, we have had the privilege of hosting thousands of guests — business travellers, families on medical visits to JIPMER, students, and leisure tourists exploring the beaches, heritage, and the unique French-Indian culture of Puducherry.
Our philosophy is simple: treat every guest as a valued member of our family. This philosophy is reflected in every interaction our staff has with you, from the warm welcome at reception to the carefully cleaned room you return to each evening.
